Subprocessors

To run Stage Monkey we rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers (“subprocessors”) that may process personal data on our behalf. Each is bound to handle personal data securely and only on our instructions, in line with UK GDPR and, where applicable, EU GDPR. The current list is below.

Payments
Stage Monkey does not process payments and never handles your card details. Booking links take you directly to each venue or society's own box office, which act as independent data controllers under their own terms — they are not our subprocessors.
International data transfers
Where a subprocessor is located outside the UK, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards — typically the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the provider's certification under the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Changes to this list
We may add or replace subprocessors as the service evolves. When we do, we will update this page and its “last updated” date. For material changes that affect how your personal data is processed, we aim to give at least 14 days' notice via the site or, where we hold your contact details, by email.
